Layaway:
Layaway is available on Bears offered for sale on my website,
Bearpile, blog and mailing list e-mails.

Please mention layaway when submitting your purchase so I can
prepare your invoice accurately.

Please read carefully below the terms and conditions of layaway.
When buyer makes there first payment on layaway they agree to the
terms and condition and are committing to a binding contract of
purchase.

If layaway is canceled or is not paid in full by final due date the
layaway then has been forfeited and the initial payment will be
treated as a restocking fee. Any remaining funds will be returned to
the buyer in the form of a refund through paypal.

I offer two types of layaway plans.

2 month layaway plan:
1/2 paid upon time of order, 1/2 due 30 days after the order date
plus shipping and handling costs will be added at this time.

3 month layaway plan:
1/3 paid upon time of order, 1/3 due 30 days after order date, 1/3
due 60 days after order date plus shipping and handling costs will
be added at this time.

Once last payment plus shipping and handling are paid your order
will be shipped within 3 to 4 business days.

Payment:
I accept paypal, money orders, cashiers checks and personal
checks-(Please allow 7-10 days for personal checks to clear once I
receive it).

International orders must be paid in US Funds only please.

Shipping and Handling:
Shipping and handling are not included in the bear price and are
stated seperate.

I ship all US orders by USPS Priority mail with insurance included.

I ship International orders First Class International unless other
wise stated by the buyer for a higher rate which would include
insurance and tracking.

Please email me for International shipping rates before placing an
order. There are different shipping rates for each country.
International Custom fees might be charged on overseas
shipments and they are the responibility of the customer. These
charges are never included in the shipping fees. I will add all
necessary documents for customs.

All orders are shipped within 3 to 4 business days of payments
received with except of layaway plans.

Returns:
Returns are only accepted at the cost of the Customer and
arrengements must be made within 5 days after receiving a bear.
Please contact me first before you ship a bear back to me. Bears
must be in new condition and must be packaged in original
packaging. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

All ebay sales are final and are non-refundable.

Commissions and General Notes:
I am not taking Custom orders on Bears at this time.

All items are one of a kind no two are alike, due to each one is
handmade by me the Artist.

All items are for the Adult Collector only and will not be sold as
child-safe.

Sizes are approximate.
